As you may know, mental health services are currently in great demand across the country. According to the Canadian Mental Health Association, the average wait time for basic Individual Adult Counselling is between 3 and 5 months in Ontario, while those who require more specialized care may experience 6 to upwards of 12 months of wait time. While our clinic does have a waitlist, we are able to offer a better than average wait time of between 1 and 6 months, depending on the clinician. As with elsewhere, this wait time can be exceeded if you are waiting for one of our clinicians with more specialized training.
