Nandini’s Bio:

Nandini holds a Bachelor of Arts, Master of Arts (MA), and Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Clinical Psychology from India, and she is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.

With over seven years of clinical experience, Nandini has helped countless clients heal and move toward a more meaningful life. She uses different modalities of treatment ranging from DBT, CBT, Existential, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, and positive psychology with an aim of using the best and the most relevant techniques from different schools.

Nandini has an accepting and enthusiastic approach towards her work with clients. She believes everyone has the power to be their best version of themselves and that a healing therapeutic relationship can facilitate this journey. She takes a philosophical and cognitive approach to help bring out the best in people.

Nandini lives in Waterloo with her husband, and in her spare time she enjoys listening to music, dancing, and spending time with her family.
