Unfortunately, John doesn't offer group counselling at the moment. There are, however, lots of great groups in Kitchener and Waterloo that could help you, many of which are free.

If you struggle with addiction, there are several Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous groups in Kitchener and Waterloo that meet every day.
If a family member struggles with addiction, Al-Anon is an excellent group that can help. There are meetings every day in Kitchener and Waterloo.
If you are 16 or older and you have experienced a sexual assault, the Sexual Assault Support Centre of Waterloo Region offers free groups in the fall and spring.
