Sheri’s Bio:

Sheri holds a Master’s of Social Work Degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a registered member of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) and Ontario Association of Social Workers (OASW). Sheri has over 30 years of experience working in community organizations, mental health programs, and clinical counselling services.  

Sheri works from a client-centred lens, helping people find meaning, alternative outcomes, and solutions to the challenges they face. Within her clinical toolkit, Sheri offers Talk Therapy, Classical and Advanced Hypnosis, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Neurofeedback, and ThetaHealing®. She helps people gain insight into, work through, and shift the factors that keep them in patterns limiting their opportunity for optimal wellness.  

Sheri is passionate about working with others from a holistic approach, recognizing the body-mind-spirit connection and the magnificent capacity of the mind and body to move toward self-healing once provided with the tools to do so. 

Originally from Montreal, Sheri has lived in the Kitchener-Waterloo and Guelph area for the past 21 years. In her downtime, Sheri enjoys the outdoors, reading, writing, meditation, and spending time with family and friends.
