With over three years of clinical experience, Sehrish has supported and facilitated clients in overcoming their mental health and existential struggles. Sehrish has a profoundly empathetic approach towards her clients, and dedicates herself wholeheartedly to understanding her clients’ perspective and experience. She believes that the therapeutic relationship can help foster clients’ autonomy, enhancing their own capacity to evolve, change, and self-actualize. She also takes a strength-based approach to psychotherapy, and believes that adversity has the capacity to transform clients emotionally, cognitively and intellectually, ultimately helping them to become more aware of their strengths and capacity.

Sehrish lives in Waterloo with her husband and two children. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, watching movies, and having creative discussions with her kids.
